When a child is struggling—with communication, behavior, learning, or emotional regulation—every part of life can be affected: home routines, social connections, classroom success, and family dynamics. It’s overwhelming for your child—and for you.
Our Ethos team includes professionals whose goal is to understand the whole child. We use a range of assessment tools to evaluate communication, learning, attention, behavior, and emotional well-being. When appropriate, we also offer support to help your child grow in skills, confidence, and a sense of connection.
We don’t just look for what’s missing—we look for what’s possible. We want to help your child thrive personally, socially, and academically by building on their strenghts in a way that aligns with your family’s values and goals.
Our Reimbursement Process
We are committed to seeing that the kids we serve receive the treatment they require. To that end, we will provide you with the resources you will need to submit your insurance claims for our services. We will also make sure you know the step-by-step process for expediting your insurance reimbursement. It’s not as difficult as you may think.
In most cases, your preferred provider organization (PPO) insurance can reimburse for a portion of our services. You simply submit your claims for reimbursement using your insurance company’s online “out-of-network claim form,” along with our superbill, which will be generated and emailed to you at the end of each month.
Using an out-of-network organization such as Ethos can come with several benefits. We can provide highly personalized services, efficient scheduling, and more frequent sessions than in-network providers.

PHYSICIANS
We gladly accept physician referrals. We conduct evaluations for children suspected of having a variety of communication impairments such as receptive/expressive language, pragmatics (social language), speech sound disorders, and fluency. We also conduct comprehensive diagnostics for your pediatric patients suspected of having autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disability, dyslexia, intellectual disability, and emotional disturbance.
Our therapy services address speech sound disorders, receptive/expressive language disorders, cognitive delay, pragmatic (social language) impairment, disfluency, aphasia, dysphagia, and tongue thrust.

PRESCHOOLS
We partner in a variety of ways with Preschools and Daycares. We want to enhance your brand, equip your teachers, and make life a little easier for busy parents.
We provide services for young children who have speech sound disorders, receptive/expressive language disorders, problems with executive functioning, or social communication challenges. Our therapists can also provide whole group language-rich classroom instruction for your teachers to observe as part of their professional development.
